I’ve spent over fifteen years building and shipping across Cannes Lions-winning work for Google, Sky, and many other brands, platforms representing the UK’s creative industry, and enterprise software used by millions worldwide. On Workplace and Horizon, I’ve shipped onboarding flows and live events experiences, driven large-scale experimentation, helped define design systems, and led accessibility enhancements. I now help shape how one of the world's largest companies approaches accessibility across all its products—from compliance to user experience—architecting agentic workflows that move it from human-led detection to AI-driven remediation, at scale.
